                                     The charge is $13.00 dollars per tube plus parts and I call this my "Basic Repair Cost". 

                                     All the little things I do during the repair that take up time are included in

                                     the Basic Repair Cost. Below are some of these things:

                                     Replacement of the first 5 Signal Capacitors included, all others at 55 cents each.

                                     Wires with crumbling insulation replaced. 

                                     Cleaning the chassis, dial glass and cabinet.

                                     Tubes checked.

                                     Receiver alignment - Simple AM is included, AM/FM or Multiband is at $35/Hour.

                                     Dial string replaced if necessary.  

                                     Painting of Parts.

                                     Straightening Mechanical Parts and levers.

                                 Radios needing extensive troubleshooting or a lot of wires replaced, will be billed at

                                     $35.00 per hour extra.

                                     Your approval of all repairs is obtained every step of the way.

                                     Generally, the older the radio the more it costs for repair - especially pre-1935 models.

                                     Average Repair Cost:

                                     5 or 6 tube radios - $110.00 average - shipping extra -AM/FM Combinations Can Be Slightly Higher.

                                     Pre-1935 radios- usually 8 to 10 tubes - $150.00 to $225.00
